“Of all the people, you've been with since our divorce, which one was your favorite?” Eleanor asked.
Tim threw a glance across the break room at Sean who thankfully hadn't heard Eleanor's question. “Why are you asking me that?”
“I'm taking it on myself to create a dating profile for you. I'm very happy with Martin and I want you to be too.”
“I would be happier if you'd stop dating my bosses.”
“I can't help that I'm attracted to powerful men.”
“It's a wonder that you even gave me a shot.”
“We both were younger then and you are avoiding the question. Was it Diane? Gloria? Claire?”
“Claire? Are you serious right now? Suing me for sexual harassment does not make anyone a favorite.”
“What about that sweet dog trainer? I even thought she was attractive.”
“She wouldn't have anything to do with me.”
“Surely there would have been someone else.”
Tim's eyes flitted to Sean again and this time Eleanor caught the look.
“Oh.”
“What?”
“I don't need to make you a profile. Does he know?”
Tim looked over at Sean again. This time Sean caught the look and smiled. Tim smiled back. “Yeah,” he said to Eleanor. “I'm pretty sure he knows he's my favorite.”
