Summary: Air B&B host Jin thinks his new guest RM has cancelled without notice because of a snowstorm.
Seokjin checked his phone one more time for the message that wasn’t there. Then he wondered if he was going to charge the guest the usual penalty for a no-show without forty-eight hours’ notice. Normally, he wouldn’t question it, but based on the few exchanges he’d had, he’d thought he was going to like this guy. An overworked, stressed-out cog in the corporate machine who wanted to write a novel, and his friends had paid for three weeks in the lap of nature for him to do so.
It seemed like Seokjin wasn’t going to get the chance to find out if he was right about the guy. He’d expected a message of cancellation because of the storm. The snow was deep, and Cabin Moon was effectively cut off from the world if one was relying on conventional methods of transportation.
Luckily, Seokjin had unconventional methods.
Speaking of which, the hum of a snowmobile cut through Seokjin’s woolgathering.
Yoongi.
There came the signal that first aid was needed. Seokjin’s heart clenched.
Had something happened to Hoseok? Yoongi had been taking him to the train station. He was going with his troupe to Osaka to a dance festival.
Seokjin found the large first aid kit. Yoongi wouldn’t signal for a splinter.
“I found him trying to walk here.”
He was Kim Namjoon. He was holding a wrapped gift.
“I come bearing PEEPS.”
It was the first thing he said to Seokjin, and the last thing he said to anyone before he passed out.

“You said ‘I come bearing PEEPS,’” said Seokjin much later. He held up the gift, still wrapped.
“For you.”
Seokjin unwrapped it. “Oh. Are they cookies? Biscuits?”
“Marshmallows.”
“Oh, little snowmen marshmallows!” Seokjin smiled. “Then I will make us some hot snow-coa!”
He laughed.
Seokjin's heart thawed.
