“I can't sleep.”
“I know.”
“Tomorrow we'll be playing.”
“I know.”
“Everything we've worked for. Everything we've dreamed of. It's all led to this moment.”
“You sound like you just spent the week with PR.”
“But it's true. It just seems so surreal. To watch them... our friends... out there. Hearing the crowd. It was so loud.”
“Tomorrow will be louder.”
“Do you think they will boo me?”
“They love you, but if they don't I worry for Ottawa.”
“I think I'll enjoy that. Being booed.”
“You would.”
“It's amazing. To finally be able to be out there, to have all of the business behind us, and just be able to do the thing we've wanted to do all our lives.”
“And I love that we're able to do it together.”
“Yes. I don't think I'm going to be able to sleep. I'm too keyed up.”
“Well, maybe there's a way we can burn off some of our excess energy.”
