He knew that it drove them crazy to be laughed at, so he did it as often as he could. It helped to keep up the reputation he had for being a little bit crazy himself. He laughed loudly, knowing his blades were at the ready. If Riko even tried to lay a hand on Kevin or Neil, Andrew would still be laughing as he ran the other man through.
