Summary: SUGA and Min Holly miss jhope.
Asleep on the sofa, Yoongi was awakened by a sleepy, inquiring woof.
Yoongi’s eyes fluttered up, and he sniffed.
“Yeah,” he said, answering Min Holly’s query, “I got restless last night and decided to put up the little train track that Uncle Hobi got you for you for Christmas.
For the whole of that December, the track had run throughout Yoongi’s apartment, looping around each room before coming back to start at the Christmas tree. There was a toy-poodle-sized automated wagon which travelled the tracks, allowing Yoongi’s pup to traverse the entire residence as a spectator from his own locomotive car. There were even changes in elevation, effectively creating a rollercoaster for the dog.
That had been December, and now it was June. The track had been packed away for many months, but Yoongi had taken it out the previous night and reassembled a shorter circuit which just went round the living room.
“Do you want a ride?” he asked.
Min Holly, it turned out, wanted breakfast, a walk, and then a ride.
The ride was a very long one.
“The Pooch Express,” teased Yoongi was he watched Holly go round and round the room. Finally, after a couple of attempted halts at which Min Holly expressed a strong desire to keep going,
Holly allowed the fun to be stopped.
As soon as he was free, Holly trotted away only to return to Yoongi’s lap with something in his mouth.
A Louis Vuitton dog brush.
“I was wondering where this disappeared to. Did you hide it?”
Woof!
Yoongi began to brush Holly’s brown fur, slowly, methodically, mournfully.
After a while, he sighed, and Min Holly let out of whine.
“Yes, I know. I miss him, too, so much.” Yoongi cuddled the dog to his chest. “He makes everything like Christmas.”
